TAIT, which provides tech and equipment to concerts and tours, has acquired Silent House Group, the Emmy Award-winning production studio and creative agency whose founders have collaborated for over two decades.<\/p>\n

The deal brings together two firms that jointly worked on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, Tyler, the Creator’s Chromakopia Tour, the Backstreet Boys’ Into The Millennium Sphere Residency, Kendrick Lamar’s Grand National Tour, the Jonas Brothers’ Greetings from Your Hometown Tour, and MDLBEAST’s Soundstorm Festival, among other high-profile productions.<\/p>\n

Financial terms of the acquisition were not revealed.<\/p>\n

In a joint statement, the companies said: “By joining together, TAIT and Silent House Group aim to seamlessly unify creative, technical, and delivery expertise to build productions at any scale, balancing creativity and practicality at the inception of the process. From initial ideas to the final show and beyond, their combined strengths will design and deliver smarter shows that are visually stunning and more cost-efficient.”<\/p>\n

Baz Halpin, founder and CEO of Silent House, said: “TAIT has been our trusted partner for years. By formally aligning, we’re expanding what we can do together and streamlining the creative and technical process \u2014 allowing us to bring our clients’ ideas to life faster and more economically, without compromising the artistic vision.”<\/p>\n

Adam Davis, CEO of TAIT, added: “By unifying two trusted industry experts, our goal is to help our partners to collectively align the creative, technical, financial, and logistical reality of their projects and ideally unlock new opportunities beyond the show.”<\/p>\n

Silent House, headquartered in Burbank, California, works directly with artists to develop the visual and conceptual framework of a show before sourcing the technical partners to bring it to life.<\/p>\n

Founded in 2010 by Halpin, the company comprises three divisions: Silent House Productions, Silent House Studios, and Silent House Touring. Silent House Productions recently produced Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show for Disney+.<\/p>\n

TAIT was founded by Michael Tait, whom Davis credits with helping establish the modern touring model. The company is headquartered in Lititz, Pennsylvania, and operates 20 offices globally, having developed productions in over 30 countries across all seven continents.<\/p>\n

Davis told<\/a> Variety<\/em> that TAIT employs roughly 2,000 people.<\/p>\n

TAIT’s footprint now extends beyond concert touring into theme parks, cruise ships, immersive venues, and opera houses. Both Davis and Halpin pointed to the growing value of live experiences in 2026, particularly amid the rise of AI.<\/p>\n

Halpin told Variety<\/em>: “In a world we’re living in where it’s really hard to tell what’s true and false, I think these live moments are more valuable than ever.”<\/p>\n

He added that the live events industry is seeing “unprecedented” global demand, describing it as historically recession-proof, with COVID being the only significant downturn.<\/p>\n
